LED Banner Repeater

Network Rail uses banner repeaters to reinforce a previous single yellow warning. This is a newer LED version, found on the westbound road between East Putney and Southfields and is for W361 signal. When the black bar is horizontal, W361 signal is red. When it is shown as here, it means W361 signal is showing anything other than a red aspect.
