Old Banner Repeater

Network Rail uses banner repeaters to reinforce a previous single yellow warning. This is a very old, but working example, found on the westbound platform at Kew Gardens and is for GB13 signal. When the black bar is horizontal, GB13 signal is red. When it is shown as here, it means GB13 signal is showing anything other than a red aspect.
